You will be taking on the role of a full-time on-site Website + AdSense Expert based in Hyderabad. Your primary responsibility will be managing and optimizing both our website and AdSense accounts. This will involve implementing and evaluating ad strategies, overseeing website performance, conducting A/B tests, and creating detailed reports on ad revenue performance. Collaboration with the content team is essential to ensure that ad placements are effective while maintaining a positive user experience. To excel in this position, you should have previous experience in effectively managing and optimizing AdSense accounts and ad strategies. Proficiency in website management is crucial, including familiarity with analytical tools and A/B testing. A solid understanding of web development and SEO best practices is necessary. Strong analytical skills are required to generate performance reports. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities are essential, as well as the capacity to work independently and show initiative. Possessing relevant certifications in Google AdSense and SEO would be advantageous. Additionally, having knowledge of content management systems (CMS) and proficiency in HTML/CSS skills would be beneficial.,
