WebLogic Administrator

Role Overview: As a WebLogic Administrator, your role will involve administering and managing WebLogic servers across various environments. You will be responsible for creating and configuring managed servers within WebLogic domains, applying patches and updates as needed, and providing support during Disaster Recovery (DC-DR) drills. Your expertise will be crucial in fine-tuning WebLogic parameters to ensure optimal performance, maintaining compliance with defined SLAs, and ensuring high availability. Effective communication with clients and internal teams, as well as collaborative work within a cross-functional support team, will be key aspects of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Administer and manage WebLogic servers in diverse environments. - Create and configure managed servers within WebLogic domains. - Apply patches and updates to WebLogic infrastructure. - Provide support during Disaster Recovery drills. - Fine-tune WebLogic parameters for optimal performance. - Maintain compliance with SLAs and ensure high availability. - Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams. - Work collaboratively within a cross-functional support team. Qualification Required: - Strong hands-on experience in WebLogic server administration. - Proven track record in Disaster Recovery drills. - Expertise in WebLogic Server Management, including server creation and maintenance. - Proficiency in managing and configuring Oracle HTTP Server (OHS). - In-depth understanding of fine-tuning WebLogic parameters for optimal performance. - Excellent communication skills for interactions with clients and team members.
