As a Senior Systems Engineer at Oracle, your role involves delivering post-sales support and solutions to Oracle customers, while also advocating for customer needs. You will be responsible for resolving post-sales non-technical customer inquiries through phone and electronic channels, as well as addressing technical questions related to Electronic Support Services. Serving as a primary point of contact for customers, you will play a crucial role in fostering customer relationships with Support and providing guidance to internal Oracle employees on customer situations and escalated issues. Key Responsibilities: - Interface with the customer's IT staff regularly, either on-site or remotely, to resolve moderately complex technical problems related to the installation, maintenance, and usage of Oracle products. - Utilize your expertise in Oracle products and supported platforms to provide technical assistance with only general guidance from management, while keeping management informed of progress and status. - Undertake varied and complex job duties that require independent judgment, possibly leading projects.
