As a Webflow Developer at our company, your role involves crafting dynamic and interactive websites to enhance our digital presence. You will be responsible for the following: - Design & Development: Building responsive and interactive websites using Webflow to provide seamless user experiences across different devices. - Interactive Elements: Implementing animations, transitions, and interactive components to improve user engagement. - CMS Management: Creating and managing dynamic content structures using Webflow's CMS. - Collaboration: Working closely with designers, content creators, and other developers to translate design mockups into functional websites. - Performance Optimization: Ensuring websites are optimized for speed, SEO, and overall performance. - Maintenance & Updates: Regularly updating website content, troubleshooting issues, and implementing enhancements as needed. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Proficiency in Webflow, including CMS and e-commerce functionalities. - Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for customizing and enhancing Webflow projects. - Ability to interpret and implement design mockups from tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. - Experience in creating mobile-first designs that work seamlessly across various devices and browsers. - Knowledge of on-page SEO techniques and Webflow's SEO tools. - Strong analytical skills for efficient troubleshooting and issue resolution. - Familiarity with animation libraries like Lottie, GSAP, or similar for advanced animations. - Experience in integrating third-party services and APIs into Webflow projects. - Project management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders. In addition, being Webflow Certified would be an added benefit.,
