Web User Interface Developer

As a Graphic Designer for enterprise web applications, you will play a crucial role in designing visually compelling and user-friendly interfaces and digital assets that align with the brand and client needs. Your main responsibilities will include: - Designing UI components, dashboards, and visual assets for enterprise web applications. - Creating wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes in collaboration with UX designers and developers. - Ensuring cultural and regional design considerations are incorporated into international projects. - Developing graphics, illustrations, icons, and layouts for digital platforms and presentations. - Maintaining brand consistency across all design outputs. - Communicating design ideas effectively and iterating based on feedback from global stakeholders. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet project goals and deadlines. Qualifications required for this role include: - Minimum 3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in an enterprise SaaS or B2B web application environment. - Portfolio demonstrating experience in web application design and branding for international clients. - Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. - Understanding of design systems, responsive design, and accessibility standards. - Strong visual storytelling and UI/UX skills with attention to detail. - Excellent communication and presentation skills for working with global teams. - Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Pune. Preferred qualifications include: - Experience working in agile or lean environments. - Knowledge of front-end frameworks or familiarity with basic HTML/CSS. - Exposure to tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar project management platforms.
