Job Description

The Web Solutions Executive position in Bengaluru is an entry-level role that involves providing support to Dedicated, VPS, and Cloud Hosting clients through phone, support tickets, and chat platforms for various technical issues. There are different shifts available for this role. Responsibilities include answering Help Desk tickets and LiveChat inquiries, escalating tickets to higher levels when necessary, utilizing security access to the Account Management System, monitoring servers, responding to server alerts, ensuring server stability, transferring accounts between servers for load balancing or upgrades, documenting all interactions with customers, responding to voicemails from dedicated customers, providing phone support for clients, and continuously developing knowledge of Lunarpages systems. Key skills required for this role include effective communication, punctuality, knowledge of customer service principles, ability to work well with the public, teamwork, understanding of Linux and SSH, familiarity with relational databases and scripting languages like HTML and PHP, proficiency in using personal computers and software applications, ability to meet deadlines, analytical skills, familiarity with hosting products and services, and internet and computer skills including knowledge of operating systems, email configuration settings, HTML editors, internet browsers, MS Office applications, web forums, blogs, hosting tools, file transfer protocols, DNS troubleshooting, website migration, and various internet protocols. Overall, the Web Solutions Executive role in Bengaluru requires a proactive approach towards technical support and a strong foundation in customer service and technical skills to effectively assist hosting clients in resolving their technical issues.,
