Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities

1. Website Updates & Accuracy

  • Update website content including banners, courses, sessions, graphics, text, and other assets with high accuracy.
  • Ensure all updates are completed within expected timelines and follow brand/content guidelines.

2. Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution

  • Independently troubleshoot and resolve website-related issues such as broken links, loading errors, missing assets, and formatting problems.
  • Coordinate with technical teams if required to resolve deeper backend issues.

3. Platform & Tool Management

  • Operate and manage key platforms/tools such as:

-Brevo (email marketing)

-Directus (CMS)

-Linktree (link hub)

  • Understand new tools quickly and apply them effectively to support web operations.

4. Cross-Team Coordination

  • Work closely with design, content, and marketing teams to execute web tasks efficiently.
  • Ensure all web briefs are translated accurately and published on time.

5. Multi-Tasking & Task Prioritisation

  • Handle multiple updates or requests simultaneously without compromising quality.
  • Manage workload effectively, prioritising urgent and high-impact tasks.

6. Quality Check & Audit

  • Maintain strong attention to detail by checking formatting, alignment, links, banners, and content accuracy before publishing.
  • Conduct regular audits of key pages to ensure consistency and compliance.

7. Proactiveness & Website Hygiene

  • Identify broken links, outdated pages, missing information, or UI issues before users notice them.
  • Suggest improvements in website flow, layouts, or content placement wherever applicable.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and timeliness.
  • Ability to work independently and solve problems calmly and logically.
  • High attention to detail with a sharp eye for identifying errors.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
  • Good coordination and communication skills with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with CMS tools, basic web troubleshooting, and operational workflows.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to suggest improvements.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in website operations, digital operations, or CMS management (or freshers with strong skill alignment).
  • Basic understanding of HTML is a plus (not mandatory).
  • Experience with marketing or CMS tools (Brevo, Directus, Linktree, or similar).
