Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deploy custom web-based GIS applications using ArcGIS API for JavaScript , ArcGIS Online , and Portal for ArcGIS Integrate GIS solutions with enterprise systems, databases (e.g., PostgreSQL/PostGIS, SQL Server), and third-party APIs Develop and maintain interactive maps, dashboards, and spatial data visualization tools Build reusable GIS web components using modern frameworks such as React , Angular , or Vue.js Collaborate with GIS analysts, designers, and backend developers to implement user-friendly interfaces and tools Write scripts and automation tools using Python (ArcPy) or Node.js for geospatial data processing and system integration Ensure application performance, scalability, and security best practices Maintain project documentation and participate in Agile development cycles Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, GIS, Web Development, or a related field 3+ years of experience developing GIS web applications, especially using ArcGIS JavaScript API and ArcGIS Online Proficiency in HTML5 , CSS3 , JavaScript , and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular) Solid experience with RESTful APIs , GeoJSON , and web services (WMS, WFS, Feature Services) Familiarity with version control tools like Git and collaborative development environments Knowledge of GIS data structures, projections, and geoprocessing workflows Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and communication skills Preferred Certifications: Esri Technical Certification (e.g., Web Application Developer Associate , ArcGIS API for JavaScript Specialty ) Certified GIS Professional (GISP) Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and DevOps tools is a plus Job REF Code: GIS_WEB_0525 EMAIL ID: spectrumconsulting1985@gmail.com Please Email Your CV with Job REF Code [ GIS_WEB_0525 ] as subject
