What would you do?
"The Digital Specialist will be an integral part of the Web Operations Team, responsible for managing, optimizing, and improving the organization's digital assets. This role involves overseeing web operations, ensuring seamless website functionality, enhancing user experience, and contributing to the digital strategy. The Digital Specialist will work closely with cross-functional teams to support the digital presence and drive web initiatives aligned with business goals. Foresight will be expected to come up with forward looking solutions considering the rapidly changing digital landscape.
  • Strong understanding of web operations and the digital ecosystem.
  • Expertise in web development technologies such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
  • Must have experience with content management systems (CMS):Contentful. Good to have AEM, Sharepoint CMS and Wordpress experience.
  • Must have worked with projects requiring strict adherence to Brand Guidelines.
  • Must have experience with projects requiring Accessibility compliance.
  • Candidates with Knowledge Transfer and Process Transition will be preferred
  • Good to have led / experienced website migration between CMS
  • Knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) to monitor and report on web performance.
  • Good understanding of SEO best practices, website optimization, and user experience (UX) design principles.A software system that provides website authoring, collaboration, and administration tools designed to allow users with little knowledge of web programming languages or markup languages to create and manage website content with relative ease.
  • Manage day-to-day web operations, ensuring the website and digital platforms are functioning efficiently and meeting business requirements.
  • Team management with strategic outlook and foresight taking into consideration business and project demands.
  • Support the execution of digital campaigns and content updates, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives.
  • Comprehend client briefs and enhance the expected experience with suitable suggestions and recommendations.
  • Manage teams responsible for handling website content management systems (CMS), ensuring timely and accurate updates.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issue"

  • At least 4 years of experience in a supervisory role managing digital/web operations, preferably in a corporate or large-scale environment covering global brand website network and consequently geographically spread stakeholders. At least 7 years of hands-on CMS experience
  • Proven track record of managing and optimizing websites or digital platforms.
  • Hands-on experience in working on and managing Content Management System (CMS) platforms.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (marketing, IT, design, etc.) to deliver web solutions.
  • Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., Adobe, Salesforce) will be considered a plus."
