Web Designer/Developer

As a Web Designer, you will be responsible for designing visually appealing and user-friendly websites that meet client requirements. You should have 1-3 years of experience in web design and be proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. A strong understanding of user interface design principles and experience with concept development and creative idealization will be essential for this role. Your role will involve creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts. You will need to implement design elements using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to ensure seamless functionality. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including developers, marketers, and project managers, will be necessary to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives. Optimizing websites for maximum speed, scalability, and performance will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in web design is crucial to maintain a competitive edge in this role. Desired skills and experience include proficiency in Pages, User Interface Design, Concept Development, Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), and Creative Idealization. An understanding of User Experience (UX) principles and methodologies, as well as experience in landing page optimization to drive conversions and enhance user experience, will be beneficial. This is a full-time position with a day shift, Monday to Friday, morning shift, and weekend availability required. The work location is in person.
