Web Designer

We are in search of a talented and creative Web Designer with 1-3 years of experience to become a valuable member of our expanding team. As a Web Designer, your primary responsibility will be to craft visually appealing, user-friendly, and responsive websites. A solid grasp of design principles, web technologies, and effective communication skills with both the design team and clients are crucial for this role. In this role, you will: - Design and develop responsive websites, web pages, and user interfaces (UI) while focusing on enhancing user experience (UX). - Collaborate closely with developers to translate designs into functional, optimized websites that meet project requirements. - Engage with cross-functional teams to comprehend client requirements and transform them into effective design solutions. - Maintain and update website content on a regular basis. - Keep abreast of the latest trends, techniques, and technologies in the field of web design. Key Requirements: - 1-3 years of relevant experience in web design. - Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) or Figma. - Sound knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript. - Strong communication skills to clearly articulate design concepts and collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients. Preferred Skills: - Experience with WordPress or other content management systems (CMS). - Understanding of UI/UX principles and experience in usability testing. - Background in designing for e-commerce platforms or mobile applications.
