Job Description

Role Overview:

Web Designer

Key Responsibilities:

Web Design

Design visually appealing, responsive websites, landing pages, and web interfaces that align with brand identity
Translate concepts and ideas into high-fidelity mockups, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
Create digital assets such as banners, icons, and graphics for use on websites and marketing platforms

UX/UI Best Practices

Apply modern UI/UX principles to improve user engagement and conversion rates
Ensure designs follow accessibility standards and responsive design best practices
Stay updated with the latest web design trends, technologies, and tools

Project & File Management

Organize design files and maintain a shared design system or library
Manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Provide design guidelines and assets to developers or other stakeholders when needed

Nice-to-Haves:

Experience with web builders (e.g., WordPress, Webflow, Elementor, Wix)
Familiarity with JavaScript or front-end frameworks (React, Vue)
Experience in A/B testing tools and conversion optimization
Motion/animation design skills (e.g., Lottie, After Effects)
SEO knowledge related to web design (page speed, image optimization, structure)
