Job Description

Required Skills: Proficient in written & verbal communication. Strong proficiency in latest HTML version, CSS & Bootstrap for structuring web content Ability to use Photoshop for Graphic design & Image editing. Basic knowledge of Javascript & Jquery for handling customizations. Ability to create websites that work seamlessly across various devices and screen sizes. Basic understanding of UX design principles to create user-friendly interfaces. Knowledge on basic SEO principles, WordPress & React - Angular JS is an added advantage. Responsibilities: Be flexible with rotational shifts and week-offs. Meet specified turnaround time (TAT) for tasks and deliver KPI's / targets. Provide end-to-end support to clients for updating/modifying existing websites. Convert website layouts created by Graphic Designer into live websites. Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative discussions. Contribute to the development of a responsive website design which is user-friendly. Seek feedback from the Team leader/Team and incorporate improvements into websites whilst demonstrating flexibility. Stay updated on the latest web tools, software, and techniques. Share knowledge and insights with team members. Implement SEO best practices for website content and structure. Prioritize web tasks based on daily workload. Stay adaptable to changes in market trends and client preferences. Uphold the creative standards of the team and contribute to a positive work culture. Keep organized records of your tasks, feedback, and revisions. Participate in team-building activities to strengthen team cohesion and foster a positive work environment.
