Job Summary:

Web Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive, responsive, and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
  
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using

  Figma

  .
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to translate business needs into user-friendly designs.
  
• Ensure design consistency, maintain design systems, and follow brand guidelines.
  
• Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to improve product experience.
  
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  
• Proven experience as a Web Designer, UI Designer, or UX Designer.
  
• Strong proficiency in

  Figma

  (experience with Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools is a plus).
• Solid understanding of responsive design, typography, and color theory.
  
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks (basic knowledge, not mandatory).
  
• Ability to balance aesthetics with functionality and usability.
  
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  

Nice to Have

• Experience with prototyping and animation tools.
  
• Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design principles.
  
• Basic understanding of front-end development processes.
  
• Experience working in agile or startup environments.
