Web Designer

Your role is to plan, create, and code web pages using both technical and non-technical skills to produce websites and designs. **Key Responsibilities:** - Gather and evaluate user requirements. - Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps. - Develop mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look. - Create original graphic designs such as images, sketches, and tables. - Collaborate with web specialists, including web developers and graphic designers, to produce the final output. - Work with various content management systems like WordPress, Drupal, Joomla, Ektron, Zope. - Optimize sites for maximum speed and scalability. - Design engaging and responsive landing pages. - Ensure website function and stability across devices (desktop, mobile, tablet). **Qualifications Required:** - Proficiency in front-end development web programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JQuery, and JavaScript. - Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other visual design tools. - Up-to-date experience with international web protocols, standards, and technologies. - Good collaboration and communication skills. - Familiarity with responsive design frameworks like Bootstrap, Gumby, Foundation, Montage, etc. In addition to your role, you will have the opportunity to come up with new technologies, ideas, concepts, and processes to increase productivity and creativity.
