We are a global marketing services agency with a focus on strategic design, web and mobile application development, Martech implementation. We help startups, SMEs and Large Enterprises build robust SaaS applications, Mobile Apps and Enterprise software.

Job Description:-

* Administer and maintain the organisation’s websites (corporate, microsites, blogs, etc.)

* Coordinate via email and phone with clients on website maintenance and update queries and requests.

* Manage web hosting environments, domain registration, DNS configurations, SSL certificates, and CMS platforms - WordPress

* Ensure uptime, speed, and overall site performance by performing regular site audits and maintenance

* Implement security protocols, backups, and recovery plans

* Collaborate with developers and designers to implement site changes and enhancements

* Monitor traffic, site analytics, and usage patterns using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console

* Troubleshoot issues related to website functionality, accessibility, and compatibility

* Coordinate with third-party vendors for hosting, security, or development support as needed

* Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, IT Act)

Required Skills and Qualifications:-

* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

* 2–5 years of experience in web administration or website management

* Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP

* Experience with web hosting services (e.g., GoDaddy, AWS, Bluehost, Hostinger)

* Familiarity with web analytics tools and SEO best practices

* Understanding of website performance optimization and caching techniques

* Knowledge of web security protocols and troubleshooting

* Good communication and documentation skills

* Exposure to marketing automation tools or CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho)

Note: This is a role which is Work from Home. The candidate should have their own laptop to work.

Working Days | Monday to Saturday 10.00 am - 6:30 pm | Monday to Saturday
