Urgently Looking for Wealth Relationship Manager for Leading Asset Management Company for "Gurugram" Location.

Job Title

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or related field.

• NISM Series V-A (Mutual Fund Distributors Certification)

   and XXI A Mandatory.

Role Objective:

Wealth Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire new

  HNI and UHNI clients

  through

  open market sourcing

  , referrals, and networking activities.
• Upsell and cross-sell mutual fund schemes to individual investors, based on their financial goals and risk appetite.
• Build long-term client relationships by offering customized investment solutions and portfolio reviews.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline and drive consistent conversion to meet assigned targets.
• Conduct regular client meetings and provide post-sales services, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
• Stay updated with AMC product offerings, competitor strategies, and regulatory guidelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams for seamless transaction processing and customer servicing.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience

  : 5-8 years in

  Wealth Management

  , Mutual Fund Sales, or Financial Advisory, preferably in an

  AMC, Wealth Firm, or Financial Services Company

  .
• Demonstrated ability in

  individual client acquisition

  through open market efforts.
• Deep understanding of mutual fund products and capital markets.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently.
