Wealth Advisor/ Telesales

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients for real estate investment opportunities.
• Conduct cold-calling to generate new leads and follow up with prospects.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive business growth.
• Educate customers about ongoing and upcoming real estate projects.
• Meet and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Handle customer queries with professionalism and convert inquiries into sales.
• Maintain an up-to-date CRM system with call logs and client interactions.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of cold-calling experience in real estate telesales.
• Strong background in outbound sales or wealth advisory.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts (morning/night).
• Self-motivated with a sales-driven mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹750,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
