Job Description

We are seeking a data-driven and strategic Bing Ads Campaign Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, executing, optimizing, and reporting on our paid search campaigns on the Microsoft Advertising Network (Bing Ads). Your primary goal will be to drive high-quality traffic, generate leads, and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS) by leveraging the unique opportunities the Bing network offers. The ideal candidate is analytical, meticulous, and has a proven track record of managing successful PPC campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Planning:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive Bing Ads strategies aligned with overall marketing and business objectives (e.g., lead generation, sales, brand awareness).

  • Conduct thorough keyword research, audience analysis, and competitive intelligence specific to the Bing/Yahoo audience.

  • Manage the campaign budget, allocate funds effectively across campaigns, and provide forecasts.

Campaign Management & Execution:

  • Build, launch, and manage campaigns across search, shopping, and audience networks within Microsoft Advertising.

  • Perform ongoing campaign optimization, including but not limited to: bid management, keyword expansion and negative keyword mining, ad copy A/B testing, and ad extension implementation.

  • Utilize Microsoft Advertising&aposs unique features, such as LinkedIn profile targeting, to reach a professional B2B audience.

  • Set up and manage conversion tracking using the Microsoft UET (Universal Event Tracking) tag.

  • Conduct thorough QA on all campaigns before and after launch.

Analysis & Reporting:

  • Monitor campaign performance daily, weekly, and monthly against key performance indicators (KPIs) like CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rate.

  • Generate and present detailed performance reports to stakeholders, providing actionable insights and data-driven recommendations for improvement.

  • Analyze cross-channel performance to understand how Bing Ads contributes to the overall marketing mix.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the other team to ensure a cohesive, cross-platform paid search strategy.

  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy and landing pages that align with campaign goals.

  • Coordinate with the SEO and content teams to leverage insights for paid search success.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience:

    2+ years of hands-on experience managing paid search campaigns, with a proven focus on Microsoft Advertising (Bing Ads). Experience with Google Ads is highly desirable.

  • Platform Proficiency:

    Deep, practical knowledge of the Microsoft Advertising platform, including UET tag implementation, audience targeting, and conversion tracking.

  • Analytical Skills:

    Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets. Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make quick, informed decisions.

  • Certification:

    Microsoft Advertising Certified Professional certification is a strong plus.

  • Technical Aptitude:

    Familiarity with Analytics 4 (GA4) and other web analytics tools. Basic understanding of HTML and landing page principles is beneficial.

  • Communication:

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly present complex data to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience managing B2B campaigns and utilizing LinkedIn profile targeting within Microsoft Ads.

  • Experience with Microsoft Advertising Scripts for automation.

  • Familiarity with other digital advertising channels (e.g., social media advertising).

  • Experience with A/B testing and landing page optimization tools (e.g., Unbounce, VWO).
