What You’ll Do

• Engage with potential customers through calls, messages, and social media to understand their learning needs.
• Recommend suitable courses and guide them through the enrollment process.
• Own the customer journey from inquiry to enrollment.
• Work closely with the founding team, provide feedback, and contribute to improving the business.
• Collaborate with a team of startups in a dynamic co-working environment (ISC, KSUM, Kochi).
• Work with the team to achieve sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads and customer interactions.
