Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Draft and post engaging job descriptions on multiple job portals Source, screen, and shortlist potential candidates Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers Conduct telephonic and initial screening rounds Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases Support onboarding and documentation for selected hires Build strong candidate pipelines for future openings Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout Who Can Apply: Age: 20+ Male/Female (Unmarried) Strong communication & coordination skills Eager to learn and grow in the HR domain
