Job Description

Key Responsibilities

ATM Operations

Ensure ATMs are up and running without downtime.
Monitor transactions and machine status; escalate issues if required.

Cash Handling & Loading

Coordinate with Cash Management Company (CMC) for cash loading.
Verify cash before loading; ensure accurate balancing of ATM cash.
Maintain records of cash replenishment and withdrawals.

First Level Maintenance (FLM)

Attend minor ATM issues like paper jams, receipt roll replacement, card capture, etc.
Log complaints with service teams for hardware/software issues.

Security & Compliance

Follow standard operating procedures (SOP) for ATM cash handling.
Ensure security measures while transporting/loading cash.
Maintain compliance with RBI & company guidelines.

Reporting & Documentation

Maintain daily ATM logbook (cash balance, uptime, complaints).
Prepare reports on downtime, disputes, cash shortages/excess.
Support audit requirements when needed.

Qualifications

Minimum:
12th Pass / Diploma / Graduate
(any stream).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, ATM software handling preferred).
Willingness to work in
shifts / rotational duty
(including weekends/holidays).
Preferably experience in ATM / cash management / banking operations.
