Within the wholesale bank, the Wholesale Banking Products Group focuses on transaction banking or flow businesses, i.e. current accounts, collection & payments solutions, trade services, forex remittances, capital market solutions as well as supply chain financing.

Commercial Card Product is part of wholesale banking product offering full range of CC products i.e. corporate credit cards, purchasing cards, travel and entertainment cards, and virtual cards. Commercial Card product team drives innovation and provides banking solutions across all segments conglomerates, large corporates, multinationals, government banking, mid-corporate, commercial banking, branch banking.
About the RoleCommercial Card Product Manager in WBP is responsible for development, implementation, enhancement and commercialization of Bank's commercial card products and delivery channels, he/she is required manage the entire product life cycle & do market study to deliver Bank's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities.Design and develop commercial card products to meet the needs of business clients..Monitor product performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure competitiveness..Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape..Analyze data to inform product strategies and identify opportunities for growth..Work closely with key business clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions..Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction..Coordinate with various internal teams, including sales, marketing, operations, and IT, to support product initiatives..Ensure all commercial card products comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies..Manage risks associated with commercial card products and implement mitigation strategies..Develop sales strategies and marketing campaigns to promote commercial card products..Provide training and support to the sales team to help them effectively sell the products..Oversee the financial performance of commercial card products, including profitability and cost management..Regularly review and report on key performance indicators to senior management.

Qualifications
Optimal qualification for success on the job is:.Candidate should have at least 3 years of experience out of which minimum 1 year in Commercial card..Understanding of card products is preferred. Should be result oriented and willing to deliver business and client requirements
