Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales and a passion for delivering packaging solutions that meet customer needs. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving sales growth within various industries. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and meet sales targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the food, pharmaceutical, and industrial sectors. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Present and demonstrate Waveline's product offerings to prospective clients. Collaborate with the product and technical teams to provide tailored packaging solutions. Negotiate contracts, close deals, and manage the sales pipeline to ensure consistent revenue growth. Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions. Prepare and deliver regular sales reports to management. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role, preferably in the packaging or manufacturing industry. Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and strategies. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required). Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
