Role & responsibilities Guide & Supervise Members Instruct members on correct exercise techniques, posture, and equipment usage to ensure safety and effectiveness during workouts. Design Fitness Programs – Prepare personalized or group workout routines based on individual fitness levels, goals, and health conditions. Maintain Gym Equipment & Hygiene – Ensure all fitness machines and equipment are in good working condition and maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the gym area. Motivate & Monitor Progress – Encourage members to stay consistent, track their progress, and provide feedback or adjustments to improve performance and achieve fitness goals.
