Designation: Property Risk Engineer Experience : 3 to 8 years Job Location : Pune / Trivandrum Work Mode : Hybrid Some of your specific responsibilities could include: Perform desktop reviews and risk assessments on loss control topics at location and account level for Proactively liaise with underwriting areas to support underwriting activities and a comprehensive risk understanding. Delivering concise, high quality, objective views of risks in a timely manner. Providing insights, analysis, and best engineering judgement to determine likelihood of impact to loss mitigation and working with underwriting to improve overall account risk quality. Application of NFPA/FM and related safety guidelines, codes, and local standards What Youll Bring to the Role Preferably a bachelors degree in engineering & technology with specialization in Mechanical / Chemical / Electrical / Automobile / Industrial / Civil. Minimum 3 to 5 years of professional experience with technical expertise in various industry sectors/occupancies, strong familiarity in property exposure identification, risk assessments and loss control adequacy. Experience in the insurance industry being able to talk the language of property insurance as well as loss prevention/fire protection, including Nat-Cat, loss estimates, sprinklers/water supplies, construction, etc is a plus. You are data-focussed, enjoy analytics, and have an interest in new technologies in engineering. Quality Inspector Mechanical Job Location: Karnataka Contract: Fixed Term Contract - GI Roll (Third Party Payroll) Key Responsibilities (Mention responsibilities applicable to the position. Add rows if needed) Responsible for continuously monitoring the quality of Production/ Manufacturing processes of DI/MS/ HDPE pipes & appurtenances, pumping machineries etc. in the respective factories, Supervising laying of pipes, installation of mechanical equipment/ pumps and ensuring quality of the works at all times. Review the material test reports for electrical equipment/components Issue corrective action reports, non-conformance reports as per quality procedures Review and close all open CAR & NCR Prepare daily, monthly quality reports Attend weekly, monthly project review meetings and present the quality updates including details on open and repeating issues Provide any site related support/training to construction agency personnel. Technical / business-unit specific skills and knowledge Should have background of having worked in water supplies and related infrastructure projects Should have understanding of appropriate codes and standards Should be familiar with preparing quality reports and procedure for issuing CARs and NCRs.
