Key Role Responsibilities: Civil Engineer Gather all the required data points and fill-up the data sheet and submit Technical: 1 with as built drawing for further processing. Support to Plan and organize activities before execution to ensure all 2 steps are carried out without fail Support the technical team in preparing proposals, final reports, auto cad 3 drawings as and when required Monitor the work of site supervisors’ to ensure that installation of rain 4 water harvesting systems is done as per the approved design. Co-ordinate with site- supervisor from client side and resolve onsite issues 5 to ensure that work starts and is completed on time as per the approved design. Inspect the end to end installation first-hand of completed project to 6 ensure it is as per approved design and set standards, before getting the senior technical team for final inspection. Plan local and outstation site visits and do a thorough inspection of the 7 site. Vendor development: Building the database of various products and other 8 material being used in rain water harvesting and their sourcing and pricing. Regular reporting to the reporting manager and senior management on 9 pipeline, ongoing projects and other technical aspects. To obtain the approval for Rain Water Harvesting proposals / Projects up # to Rs.5 lakh costing from the Chief Architect and Sr. Engneer and from CMD for proposal above Rs.5 Lakhs. Discuss and finalized the designing concepts, corrections/ improvizations # with CMD and finalized the same. Operational: 1 Co-ordinate with reporting manager to plan the daily and weekly tasks Update reporting manager with the status of ongoing projects on day to 2 day basis. Escalate/Seek support from seniors where necessary to ensure timely 3 completion of the project. 4 Submit initial and follow-up site visit data to office on time. 5 Submit expense reports to Accounts Team on time. Improvise the internal processes if necessary, to increase operational 6 efficiency and deliver better value to the customer.
