Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Handle all warranty-related activities as per company policies and manufacturer guidelines.
Verify and process warranty claims submitted by the service team.
Maintain detailed records of all warranty jobs, claims, and approvals.
Coordinate with service advisors and technicians to confirm the eligibility of parts and services under warranty.
Follow up with the manufacturer for claim approvals, rejections, or clarifications.
Manage warranty parts return process and ensure compliance with audit requirements.
Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing warranty-related concerns promptly.
Provide training and guidance to service staff on warranty procedures and claim documentation.

Skills and Qualifications:

Btech or Degree in Automobile / Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 0–3 years of experience in warranty handling (preferably in the automobile sector, and freshers can apply).
Good communication and coordination skills.
Strong knowledge of service operations and manufacturer warranty policies.
Proficiency in MS Office
Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
