Job Title: Warrantee In-Charge

Job Summary:
Responsible for overseeing warranty claims, ensuring timely processing, accurate documentation, and customer satisfaction. Acts as the main point of contact between customers, service teams, and manufacturers for all warranty-related issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review, verify, and process warranty claims.
• Coordinate with service and parts departments for claim approvals.
• Maintain detailed warranty records and reports.
• Ensure compliance with manufacturer and company policies.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve warranty concerns.

Qualifications:

• Experience in warranty processing or service administration preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• ITI/DIPLOMA/Mechanical Engineering

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
