Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for supporting banking device procurement, import, and Warehousing & Inventory Control Management. This role involves working closely with cross-functional stakeholders and external vendors to meet user requirements effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Understand user function requirements and evaluate multiple products/services available in the market. - Compare goods/services with industry trends to determine appropriate pricing. - Finalize vendors and costs through the RFP process based on user requirements and techno-commercial evaluation. - Assist User and Legal function in contract execution from an SCM perspective. - Manage end-to-end activities related to warehousing & Inventory Control Management for all banking products/devices. - Coordinate with user functions to understand their requirements/demands and manage sufficient inventories for each product through proper planning and ordering management. - Review existing contracts related to banking products, warehousing, and inventory control, maintaining a tracker & repository. - Negotiate cost savings through existing contracts with partners/agencies. - Raise the need for agreement renewal in a timely manner as per contracting guidelines. - Handle import shipments end to end by coordinating with foreign partners, freight forwarders, CHA, and customs departments. - Engage with user functions to understand needs and resolve purchase, warehousing & inventory-related pain points. - Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of ordered products/services and collect daily inventory reports. - Prepare and publish daily Inventory reports for all products. - Support data analysis for preparing monthly procurement reports. - Stay updated on industry trends and new products. - Manage vendor partnerships to ensure competitive pricing and timely provision of products and services. Qualifications: - MBA or equivalent qualifications. - At least 10-12 years of strong experience in Sourcing, Import, and warehousing & Inventory control management. - Knowledge of procurement practices and governance. - Experience in collecting and analyzing procurement data. - Ability to manage time effectively in a high-paced dynamic environment, prioritize workloads to meet scheduling demands and timelines.,
