Job Summary

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring safe handling, storage, and dispatch of goods. The role includes supervising warehouse staff, maintaining inventory accuracy, coordinating with transport teams. and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations including loading, unloading, stacking, and dispatch of goods
• Coordinate with transport, dispatch, and logistics teams to ensure timely movement of consignments
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of goods to prevent damage or loss
• Monitor inventory levels, maintain stock records, and conduct periodic physical verification
• Prepare and maintain warehouse-related documentation (GRN, stock registers, dispatch records, etc.)
• Allocate work to warehouse staff and monitor productivity and discipline
• Handle issues related to shortages, damages, or mismatches and report to management.

Skills & Competencies

• Good knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics processes
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, inventory systems)
• Strong supervisory and people management skills
• Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
• Good communication and coordination skills

Educational Qualification

• Graduate / Diploma (preferred)
• Certification in logistics or warehouse management is an added advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
