Warehouse Shift Incharge - SAP Project

You will be responsible for overseeing warehouse operations as a Shift Incharge. Your key responsibilities will include: - Monitoring vehicle unloading and ensuring compliance with unloading TAT - Maintaining the receiving to binning ratio as per set targets - Developing storage and picking strategies - Executing picking operations based on customer orders - Conducting perpetual and annual inventory checks, reporting variances, and implementing measures to reduce discrepancies - Managing dispatches for domestic and export customers to ensure quality delivery - Monitoring the order to dispatch ratio - Ensuring safety standards, implementing 5S practices, and handling procurement and maintenance of material handling equipment in the warehouse - Obtaining necessary approvals for business operations, including purchasing MHE and managing service contracts such as AMC / CMC Additionally, you will be involved in cross-functional activities, including: - Aligning warehouse inventory with sales targets, focusing on inventory value and CMT - Collaborating with the sales team to distribute sales loads efficiently - Engaging in discussions, meetings, and reviews with vendors, service providers, and transporters You will also be responsible for audits and compliances by: - Assessing manpower, vendors, and transporter services and ensuring contract renewals - Conducting ISO 14001, ISO 9001, ISO 45001 audits, both internal and external Furthermore, you will be expected to provide management reports through: - Monthly sectional and departmental reviews - Daily MIS reporting to department, divisional, and vertical heads Please note that the job requires candidates with a Diploma/Graduate degree and 5-11 years of experience, with up to 8 years preferred. Candidates with a B.Tech degree should have 2-4 years of experience. Only candidates from UGC/AICTE approved institutes will be considered for this position.,
