Warehouse Shift Incharge

As a Warehouse Operations Shift Incharge at our company, your role will involve various key responsibilities including: - Monitoring vehicle unloading time to ensure efficient turnaround time - Maintaining the Receiving to Binning Ratio according to set targets - Developing storage and picking strategies for optimized operations - Executing picking operations in alignment with customer orders - Conducting regular inventory checks, reporting variances, and implementing countermeasures - Overseeing dispatch processes for domestic and export customers to ensure quality delivery - Managing the Order to Dispatch Ratio effectively - Upholding safety standards, implementing 5S practices, and overseeing the procurement and maintenance of Material Handling Equipment (MHE) - Securing necessary approvals for business operations, including purchasing MHE and managing service contracts In addition to Warehouse Operations, you will also be responsible for engaging in Cross-Functional Activities such as: - Maintaining warehouse inventory levels in accordance with sales requirements, focusing on Inventory Value & CMT - Collaborating with the Sales team to ensure proper distribution of sales loads - Participating in discussions and meetings with vendors, service providers, and transporters to review operations Furthermore, your role will involve overseeing Audits & Compliances, including: - Assessing the performance of manpower, vendors, and transporters for service quality and contract renewals - Conducting various audits such as ISO 14001, ISO 9001, ISO 45001, both internally and externally You will also be responsible for Management Reporting, which includes: - Conducting monthly sectional and departmental reviews - Providing daily MIS reports to department, divisional, and vertical heads Your qualifications should include a Diploma or Graduate degree with 5-11 years of experience (up to 8 years preferred) for Diploma/Graduate candidates, or a BTech degree with 2-4 years of experience. Candidates should have graduated from UGC/AICTE approved institutes.,
