Job Description

Warehouse Manager

Location: Hyderabad

Shift: Rotational (Morning Night)

Job Purpose

To manage end-to-end apparel warehouse operations, ensuring style–size–color accuracy, timely store replenishment, efficient EOSS handling, and adherence to inventory control KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage inward, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of apparel
Handle folded garments and GOH (Garments on Hangers)
Maintain FIFO and style lifecycle discipline
Ensure high inventory accuracy (system vs physical)
Execute daily/weekly store replenishment
Support inter-store transfers and new store launches
Manage EOSS, markdowns, liquidation, relabeling, and repacking
Operate ERP / WMS / SAP systems
Ensure 5S, safety, loss prevention, and audit compliance
Coordinate with Inventory Control, Merchandising, Stores, Logistics, and Finance

Qualifications & Experience:

Graduate / Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations with 4-6 years of experience in apparel or fashion retail warehousing and hands-on ERP/WMS exposure.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong understanding of inventory (style–color)
Process-driven and detail-oriented
Team handling and coordination skills
Ability to work in rotational shiftsRole & responsibilities
