Warehouse management (WMS) Techno functional Analyst

As an experienced professional with 5 to 12 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in bridging business needs with technology solutions for Supply Chain and Distribution Systems. Your primary responsibility will be to act as a subject matter expert on warehouse management systems (WMS) and related applications, ensuring efficient operations and continuous improvement. You will work as part of a dynamic team at TechProjects India, supporting C&S Wholesale Grocers, a leading grocery supply chain company in the U.S. **Key Responsibilities:** - Analyze and translate business needs into technical solutions. - Configure, test, and deploy WMS and related applications, including voice systems. - Troubleshoot system issues and optimize performance. - Develop and maintain system documentation. - Stay current with industry best practices and emerging technologies. - Collaborate with IS and business stakeholders. - Mentor junior team members. **Qualifications Required:** - Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience. - Functional Expertise: Strong understanding of supply chain and logistics principles, warehouse operations, and distribution processes. Ability to analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement. - Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience with WMS and related applications. Proficiency in SQL databases. Familiarity with system integration technologies. Knowledge of scripting/programming languages is a plus.
