Warehouse Operations Management

• Oversee complete warehouse operations, ensuring cost control and performance management.
  
• Manage end-to-end inbound and outbound activities while ensuring strict adherence to SLAs.
  
• Supervise proper storage, organization, and handling of inventory.
  
• Coordinate with third-party logistics (3PL) partners and vendors for seamless operations.
  

Inventory Control

• Monitor and maintain accurate stock levels through system updates and physical checks.
  
• Conduct stock reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and minimize stock loss.
  
• Ensure proper documentation and timely reporting of all stock movements.
  

Team Leadership & Training

• Lead, guide, and motivate manpower deployed by 3PL partners to achieve efficiency.
  
• Deliver day-to-day training and reinforce SOPs and processes to minimize errors.
  
• Delegate responsibilities effectively, conduct performance reviews, and provide constructive feedback.
  

Compliance & Safety

• Ensure compliance with company policies, health, safety, and environmental standards.
  
• Conduct regular safety audits and enforce warehouse safety protocols.
  
• Implement proper handling and storage practices to reduce risks of damage or loss.
  

Reporting & Communication

• Develop and maintain MIS reports related to inbound, outbound, and inventory management.
  
• Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
  
• Act as the primary liaison between the company and 3PL partners, ensuring smooth communication with procurement, logistics, and supply chain teams.
  

Continuous Improvement & Best Practices

• Identify operational inefficiencies and implement corrective measures.
  
• Establish and implement best practices to reduce costs and improve service quality.
  
• Maintain and monitor KPIs/KPAs to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.
