Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Warehouse Foreman to oversee our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining safety standards.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily warehouse operations and manage staff activities.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain management.
Train and develop warehouse personnel to enhance productivity and performance.
Implement efficient warehouse processes to improve workflow and accuracy.

Skills and Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in warehouse management or related field.
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics.
Proficient in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment; certification preferred.
