Job Description

Warehouse Executive
Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities

Directly supervises warehouse staff, including 3PL partners; ensures daily goals are met and safety regulations are followed.
Communicates with cross-functional teams for daily activities, ensuring smooth operations, conflict resolution, and effective time management.
Tracks inventory levels, manages stock replenishment, performs regular audits, and ensures stock is properly accounted for.
Responsible for receipt, warehousing, issuing, and dispatching as per plan, with error-free SAP documentation for both domestic and export dispatches.
Manages documentation for raw material GRN and finished goods movements.
Checks and verifies MPNs during dispatch to ensure error-free and safe loading of finished goods.
Handles line feeding, inventory management, physical stock counting, and space management.
Manages contractor safety, plant and machinery (P&M), and material handling equipment (MHE) operations.
Ensures warehouse equipment (such as forklifts, conveyors, etc.) is maintained and repaired; responsible for the upkeep of the building and safety equipment.
Handles documentation related to IMS, OMS, and RMS.
