Position Summary:

proactive and experienced Warehouse / Depot Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, inventory management, order fulfillment, dispatch, and stock reconciliation.
Manage a team of storekeepers, loaders, drivers, and support staff ensuring high productivity and adherence to SOPs.
Ensure proper layout, labeling, FIFO/LIFO practices, and safety protocols are maintained.
Monitor vehicle loading/unloading and dispatch planning for RTM van sales operations.
Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP (preferably
Odoo or SAP B1
) and generate reports for stock levels, wastage, and movement.
Implement cost-saving and space optimization strategies without compromising accuracy and efficiency.
Coordinate with the sales, distribution, and procurement teams to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and audit standards.
Handle vendor relationships related to depot infrastructure, equipment, and logistics services.

Education & Experience Requirements:

Bachelors degree
in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or any related field.
5+ years of hands-on experience
in warehouse management within FMCG or van sales distribution setup.
Practical working knowledge of
ERP systems (Odoo / SAP B1)
is essential.
Experience in RTM distribution models will be an added advantage.
