Warehouse Assistant

We are looking for a responsible Inventory Manager / Warehouse Manager to manage stock and handle daily warehouse work. This role includes picking, packing, and dispatching orders on time, keeping stock records accurate, and making sure the warehouse runs smoothly.

Job Responsibilities

• Receive goods and check quantities
• Store products properly and safely in the warehouse
• Keep stock records updated and accurate
• Check stock levels and report low stock
• Do regular stock counts

Picking, Packing & Dispatch

• Pick correct items for each order
• Pack orders neatly and safely
• Prepare orders for dispatch on time
• Coordinate with courier for daily pickups
• Ensure all orders are dispatched without delay
• Label cartons correctly
• Make sure the right products go to the right customer
• Report any missing, damaged, or incorrect items

Skills & Requirements

• Basic warehouse or inventory experience preferred
• Basic computer or Excel knowledge
• Good attention to detail
• Able to follow instructions
• Physically fit for warehouse work
• Honest, punctual, and reliable
