Job Description

Records Management

Enter and update sales orders, purchase orders, GRNs, dispatch records, and stock movements in the system (ERP/Excel/CRM).
Maintain accurate data for inward/outward inventory, invoices, and vendor/customer records.
Generate daily/weekly/monthly reports on stock levels, dispatches, and warehouse performance.

Warehouse Management

Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storage, order picking, and dispatch.
Ensure goods are stored properly to avoid damage, misplacement, or shortages.
Manage warehouse staff/labor for loading, unloading, and order execution.
Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts to maintain 100% accuracy.
Coordinate with logistics partners for timely delivery across locations.
Implement cost-effective methods to improve storage, handling, and dispatch efficiency.

Coordination & Compliance

Work closely with operations, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure smooth flow of materials.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and warehouse SOPs.
Assist in vendor coordination for inward and outward materials.
Maintain proper documentation for audits and compliance checks.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,480.16 - ₹31,078.17 per month
