Warehouse and Logistics Supervisor

Job Responsibilities;

•Transaction in WMS & SAP.

•Responsible for the SOP, Process, functions within the warehouse.

•Completing and filing compliance documentation for import, export, domestic, etc.

•Track orders, and dispatches.

•Ensuring to track the Order KPI.

•Responsible for the MIS.

1. Ensure loading/ unloading/ picking/ stacking / racking/ inventory control is done as per specified norms

2. Ensure no excess or shortage occurs while loading

3. Ensure no damages take place

4. Ensure that the trucks are loaded properly and the space is utilized optimally

5. Follow the standard operating procedures

6. Record the material being loaded on the tally sheet and obtain signatures of the driver on the loading sheet.

7. Hand over the completed tally sheet to Accounts department

8. Ensure that the pallets, belts, stacking equipment's and HPT’s are kept in a good condition and are kept in the designated area after loading is done

9. Ensure that the loading area designated to him is kept neat and clean

10. Ensure that the labourers working under him report on time and observe the rules and regulations laid down by the organization

11. Develop a rapport with his labourers to get work done in a cordial manner

12. Identify the strengths of each labour and assign work accordingly

13. Keep his people motivated to work under pressure

14. Maintain a log book mentioning the downtime of the operations and highlight to the Superiors.

15.To verify the customer invoice details against loading documents & handover the document to the transporter.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
