As a Warden at SRMPS, you will play a crucial role in maintaining discipline, ensuring student welfare, and providing a safe living environment in the hostels. Your responsibilities include: - Allotting rooms to students and ensuring proper maintenance of the hostels and registers. - Monitoring and maintaining the quality of food served in the hostels. - Enforcing strict discipline among hostel students and reporting any instances of indiscipline or misbehavior to the Principal. - Addressing and resolving genuine grievances and complaints raised by students. - Arranging for first-aid and hospitalization in case of emergencies involving students or staff. - Taking responsibility for the safety and well-being of the hostlers. Qualifications required for this role include: - Graduation or post-graduation degree. - Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. - Immediate availability for joining.
