We’re Hiring: Hostel Warden
Location: Sanjay Ghodawat International School, Kolhapur, Maharashtra

Sanjay Ghodawat International School is looking for a dedicated and experienced Hostel Warden to manage the day-to-day operations of our residential facilities and ensure a safe, disciplined, and nurturing environment for our students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and ensure the wellbeing, safety, and discipline of hostel students
• Maintain order and support a positive living environment
• Coordinate with school staff, parents, and administration
• Handle emergencies, health concerns, and student issues promptly
• Monitor hygiene, food, and general upkeep of hostel premises

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Hostel Warden in a reputed residential school
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage adolescents with care and authority
• Preference will be given to candidates with boarding school experience
