Job Description

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Education, Psychology, or a related field. Teaching experience in aptitude or mental ability subjects (school or coaching institute level). Strong understanding of reasoning concepts and aptitude problem-solving. Ability to simplify and explain complex concepts clearly. Excellent communication and classroom management skills. Experience preparing students for exams such as NTSE, Olympiads, or other aptitude-based tests. Familiarity with digital teaching tools and e-learning platforms. Creativity in designing engaging and interactive learning activities. Full-time or part-time position, depending on institutional requirements. May involve classroom teaching, online instruction, or hybrid teaching modes. Opportunity to work with a motivated team in a results-driven academic setting.
