>Deliver Chemistry lessons to students of grades Grade 9th and 10th IIT ● Prepare, plan, and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the curriculum and educational standards. ● Assess students’ progress through formative and summative assessments ● Create a positive and conducive learning environment. ● Provide constructive feedback and support to students for academic improvement. ● Develop and maintain effective classroom management strategies. ● Organize and participate in school activities - academic and beyond academic, events, and meetings. ● Incorporate multimedia, technology, and modern teaching methods to make learning engaging. ● Provide mentorship and guidance to students regarding their academic and excel in board exams ● Maintain accurate records of students' performance, attendance, and behavior. ● Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and administration to ensure the success of students. ● Stay updated with the latest trends and methodologies in teaching Chemistry. ● Understand the systems of the school and adapt accordingly. ● Make use of the professional development opportunities effectively and contribute efficiently during subject meetings to upgrade Chemistry skills in students. ● Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry (B.A) & Master's degree ● B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) is required. ● In-depth knowledge of the Chemistry curriculum and related subjects. ● Proficiency in using educational technology tools for teaching. ● Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. ● Passionate about teaching and helping students succeed. ● Ability to motivate and inspire students.
