Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Beautician Trainer to join our training team and mentor students in beauty and personal care services. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in salon techniques and the ability to teach and inspire aspiring beauticians with the latest trends, hygiene practices, and client service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver structured training sessions in areas such as:
• Basic & advanced skincare
• Hair care and styling
• Bridal and party makeup
• Manicure, pedicure & nail art
• Threading, waxing & facials
• Design and implement lesson plans, practical sessions, and assessments.
• Ensure students understand theoretical and practical aspects of beauty services.
• Monitor learner progress and provide individual feedback and support.
• Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate them into training content.
• Maintain hygiene and safety standards during practical sessions.
• Assist in placement coordination or entrepreneurial guidance for students.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a professional salon or beauty training center.
• Strong knowledge of beauty products, tools, and techniques.
• Ability to demonstrate practical procedures clearly and confidently.
• Certification or diploma in cosmetology/beauty therapy from a recognized institute.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience and passion for teaching and mentoring.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Government-certified Beauty Trainer (NSDC/SSC-based certifications like B&WSSC preferred).
• Experience in working with women from rural or semi-urban communities (for CSR or NGO-based projects).
• Knowledge of local language is a plus (Tamil, Kannada, Telugu, etc., based on region).
