Walkin Interview : Sales Relationship Manager

We are looking for Relationship Managers Tele Sales who believe in and maintain long-term relationship with Micro, Medium and Small Enterprise customers and go an extra mile in on-boarding new customers and retaining old ones.

This role involves working as part of the team engaged in loan processing of applications received through channel partners.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage end to end loan origination process from sourcing to disbursal.
• Understand client requirements, gather relevant information, and process the application. Keep client experience paramount.
• Be prompt in connecting with the customer, be responsive during the processing of a case.
• Appraisal of loan application on various parameters. Ensure quality of business i.e. all credit parameters to be met while loan processing.
• Work within the laid down framework and ensure 100% compliance.
• Coordinate with documentation executives for relevant documentation and acknowledgement.
• The role involves regular coordination with Credit Risk, Quality check and Operations team in the journey of loan application from sourcing to disbursal.
• Calling the customer and letting them understand the loan procedure from lead to disbursal.
• Timely completion of tasks assigned for the day.
• Meet the TAT benchmarks on loan processing.
• Be an advisor to the client.

Qualifications

• Fresher with excellent communication skills and from finance background (Masters in Finance/B. Com).
• 6 months to 1 year of experience from financial services (Banks/NBFC) in sales, managing the entire journey of the customer from lead generation till disbursement.
