Job Description

Position: Lead Business analyst

Location: Chennai (Ambattur)

Exp: 6-8 Years

Walkin Details:

Interview Date: 28th Oct 2025(Tuesday)

Interview Timing: 10.00 AM to 2 PM

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business and functional requirements
Translate business needs into technical specifications and user stories
Conduct gap analysis and propose solutions aligned with business goals
Work closely with developers and solution architects to design and validate system functionalities
Support testing activities including functional and user acceptance testing
Maintain product backlog and ensure clarity in documentation
Facilitate stakeholder meetings and ensure alignment across teams
Provide ongoing support and training to end-users
Monitor project progress and report status to management
Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation
Minimum 6 years of experience in business analysis
Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and stakeholder management
