Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Process backend operations for insurance claims, including data entry, document scanning, and email support.
Utilize computer skills to efficiently manage tasks and maintain accurate records.
Demonstrate strong analytical ability to identify errors and resolve issues promptly.
Possess excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members and clients.
Work on non-voice processes, ensuring high-quality output within given timelines.

Desired Candidate Profile

0-1 year of experience in back office or related field (freshers welcome).
Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken) for effective interaction.
Basic knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for document processing.
Strong attention to detail with accuracy in data entry and record maintenance.

NOTE:

Freshers (HSC pass or Non Tech Graduate) and immediate joiners are eligible.
Experienced (immediate joiner) candidates, willing to start their career as fresher are eligible.
Candidates who are residing or can relocated within 25 km radius of the company are eligible for interview.
Technical background candidates, Post Graduates, education pursing candidates are not eligible.
